Praise the Lord!

Welcome to the St. Josaphat Church parish website.  The objective of our website is to provide you with information about our parish and current events.

Thank you for visiting our new parish website designed to provide you with updated information regarding our parish.

Today there are over 650 families which belong to our parish, many of whom live outside of the local area.  I thank all of those parishioners who donate their time and resources to provide an environment for worship and religious community.

A parishioner, first and foremost is the co-owner of the parish.  A parishioner is entitled to have the whole parish praying for them; a parishioner is always remembered by the parish priest, when he serves the parish.  There are so many advantages by being a parishioner, that in turn, out of gratitude, one feels like giving continually, so that one may feel like receiving without stop.  Because, as St. Paul said, …”it is in the extent that we give, that we receive.  So the more we give of our time, of our talents, of our love, of the fruits of our work – the more we receive.”

We chose the www.stjosaphatparish.org name (URL) to define what we are as a church and what we provide our parishioners – a sense of family and togetherness in praising Our Lord.  Please come and pray with us regularly, as in these times we find most comfort in asking God for strength and grace.  The recent events, which threaten our freedom and everyday lives, have brought us closer together as a nation and as children of God.

You will notice continuous enhancements to our parish website which functions as a virtual community.  We will be upgrading our website to provide you with more and more information, therefore, please excuse our dust.  Remember, Rome wasn’t built in one day.
